With the series quartet circulating in book stores avidly in the market since 2001, sales have begun to rocket ever since Peter Jackson and Christian Rivers joined hands for the project, for old times’ sake. This year’s New York Comic Con had been a blast as well, since there were actors, cosplayers, and reputed artists from all over the world with their merchandise. Peter Jackson, along with the cast, had taken the New York Comic Con by surprise when he showed 25 minutes of his production, Mortal Engines, to the crowd before him. He and the cast also welcomed questions pertaining to the movie’s release. Since most of the cast has already been disclosed, there are some major characters and plenty of supporting characters such as Leifur Sigurdarson who will be seen in the already famous Mortal Engines Nils Lindstorm Coat on the big screens. Mentioned below are some of the leading yet important supporting characters that you should know of before you head to the cinema this December 18th HERA HILMAR AS HESTER SHAW-AN ANTI TRACTIONIST London Traction City is on wheels, and it is on the verge to engulf every smaller city by rampaging and creating havoc at the same time. Hester Shaw, though born at a time and a place where there weren’t any traction cities, grows up to be an anti-tractionist, and as a rebel who is all set to put an end to the nuisances on wheels. Thaddeus Valentine, her father, attacked her mother when she was just seven years old in an attempt to acquire a weapon called MEDUSA. Her mother and adoptive father, however got killed in the process, but Hester managed to escape after getting attacked by Valentine in the process. Hester Shaw can be seen as a part of the Anti-Traction league who chases bounties with a red scarf around her face. JIHAE AS ANNA FANG Giving the term badass a run for its money, Anna Fang can be seen as one of the major yet leading characters in the quartet series. Jihae Kim, who apart from being a musician, model, and a social activist, started acting when she landed her first role in the Mars mini TV series on Nat Geo. Since then, the Martian we know of today, is all set to show justice to Valentine and bring peace to the community by bringing rampaging traction cities to a halt. ROBERT SHEEHAN AS TOM NATSWORTHY Apart from being an eye-candy, this 30 year old heart throb has decided to claim the genre of science fiction with his role as Tom Natsworthy in the Mortal Engines quartet series. With Peter Jackson and Christian Rivers all set to supervise his tactics, this baddie will be seen as an innocent historian apprentice who idolizes Thaddeus Valentine a legendary icon. However, as soon as he gets pushed into a cliff by Valentine, he joins forces with Hester Shaw and Anna Fang as a part of the Anti-Tractionists in order to save London from the evil forces. Tom’s character evolves emotionally and mentally throughout the movie, allowing him to take tough decisions whilst being struck with sorrow and grief as well HUGO WEAVING AS THADDEUS VALENTINE As dark as this character can be, Thaddeus Valentine planned on killing the Shaw family in order to attain MEDUSA from Hester Shaw’s mother, Pandora. With Hester on to him in the first part of this quartet, this role model for London Traction City will soon be acquiring disguises and hiring people to kill the only threat to his legacy – his daughter. LEIFUR SIGNURDARSON AS NILS LINDSTORM Perhaps the only iconic thing about this character is that Nils Lindstorm gets to wear the Mortal Engines Leifur Sigurdarson Trench Coat with his blonde mane flowing in support. While Nils Lindstorm is supposed to be a minor supporting character, he is actually an aviator who was a major part of the Anti-Traction League. He was also present when Strike, the Stalker, tried to kill Hester Shaw on AirHaven With a month and a half still to the movie’s release, the infamous Mortal Engines Leifur Sigurdarson Leather Coat has already struck e-stores. If this doesn’t make you believe that the movie’s going (probably) a success, then we wonder what is.

Among all, Hester Shaw is my favorite most character! My sympathy goes towards her certainly due to the fact her mother had been killed by her father himself. Moreover, i have also been impressed of her wardrobe in the movie which remained an Inspiration for me to make a wardrobe-inspired jacket for myself. In short, among all the outerwears in Mortal Engines Jacket Collection, i love Hester Shaw jacket the most and would make one myself soon.

Not a best available option for a guy like me. When it comes to the Mortal Engines Jacket collection, the outerwear i dislike the most is Mortal Engines Leifur Sigurdarson Trench Coat. Therefore, i can conclude, it’s not the best available option for a guy like me. The reason is quite simply, i am not into the coats certainly with a fur collar.
