In the war of superhero movies, DC Films is seen as a loser getting defeated at the hands of Marvel Studios. There is no rocket science in finding out the reasons that played an important role in keeping DC Films behind its rival. One of the main factors triggering the downfall of DC Comics-themed movies is the absence of female superheroes as a large segment of the audience belong to the female gender.
While Marvel has notably powerful female characters, DC Comics has been failed to create and introduce more female heroes like Wonder Woman. Let's thank god for the massive success of the film or else we would not have been able to spot even a few fans representing the strongest female superhero of DC Extended Universe in the Wonder Woman Diana Gal Gadot Jacket in cosplay events. By adding more female characters in the long list of superheroes, DC Films can give a strong message of women empowerment to the world which will eventually prove to be beneficial for the company's reputation and divert the attention of a great number of female fans to DC Films. Furthermore, this will also balance the unbalanced equation which is more or less in the favor of Marvel Studios. With a number of superheroines' based films in the next five years, Marvel is planning to outclass DC films in all aspects of cinematography. Therefore, the need for more superheroines like Wonder Woman is increasing who is only not a brave superhero but a passionate fashion follower as well. Thanks to the Wonder Woman Batman V Superman White Blazer, she is considered to be way better than all the Marvel superheroines in terms of fashion adoption.
